Where should I stay?

North Georgia has so much to offer for an unforgettable weekend itinerary! When you are not on property, we recommend exploring the Georgia wine country, tubing down the Chattahoochee, hiking the Mount Yonah trailhead, visiting the Cabbage Patch Babyland General Hospital, and of course, enjoying Helen’s Oktoberfest!

What is there to do in the area?

Our venue offers both indoor and outdoor event locations. In the event that your host has planned for an event to take place outside, and we experience inclement weather, the event will take place in the rain alternate location as determined by the host. 

What happens if it rains?

Uber and other rideshare apps are not widely available in the area, and we recommend arranging transportation beforehand if desired. Some recommended transportation companies are: AMC Taxi and More, Elite Excursions and Wine Tours, and Pop’s Taxi.

What are the transportation options in the area?

There are multiple onsite parking options. For anyone in need of assistance, a venue manager will be available to help transport guests from their vehicles to the ceremony or event site. Our venue offers two staff driven golf carts for guest transportation. 

What is the parking situation at the venue?

We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony. You will be able to explore the venue and grounds prior to being seated. If you are leaving from the Helen area during the fall, please allow extra time to navigate the Oktoberfest traffic.
